Carly has such an uplifting personality and it truly shows in her work. Every pose, every shot every moment is taken into such deep consideration in order to capture it perfectly. She continuously boosts those that she photographs and you can't help but to have a huge smile on your face from her kind words and carefree laughter. I am so impressed with the photos from that magical day, and cannot wait to work with Carly again in the future!

The way in which I photograph weddings is customized for each individual couple. There is no one-size-fits-all approach. The most important job I have on your wedding day is to pay attention and freeze the in-between moments that tell your story. My mission is simple: to provide you with photographs that transport you back to the emotions, joy, and magic of your special day. When you look at your images, I want you to be brought back to the way it all felt.

Maggie and Colin have known each other since grade school. While they currently live in New York City, they chose Oatlands Historic House for their wedding to honor their home state of Virginia. Maggie thoughtfully curated all of the details of her wedding day. From the invitation suite that incorporated her brother's art, to the gown she brought back from London, everything was carefully selected.

A warm summer evening. Elegant details. Pops of citrus. Come with us to the French Countryside. The vision for this editorial included bold blues, powder pinks and splashes of green and yellow citrus all married together to create an elegant, French Countryside-inspired wedding.
Brittany and Mike said "I do" on the beautiful back patio at the Commonwealth Club in Richmond, Virginia. The scene was filled with fluffy florals, glasses of champagne to toast the newlyweds, and all of the couples’ closest family and friends.
After the sweetest first look at The Boulevard Inn, everyone traveled a short distance to Maymont Park for bridal party and bride & groom portraits.
Everyone danced to the sound of a live band and the newlyweds walked through a flower petal send off to end the night.
