An Intimate Wedding In Virginia Beach
Bea and Cameron said “I do” on a gorgeous October day in an intimate wedding in Virginia Beach.
When I visited their new home to photograph the getting ready part of their day, it was fun to be able to see where they live and imagine their wedding portraits hanging on the walls. Their home is decorated with beautiful mid century modern furniture, a gorgeous green velvet couch, and has an updated & spacious kitchen. When Bea told me she wanted unique newlywed portraits, I thought of their home and all of the walls they have yet to fill.
I know the photos we created are going to be the perfect additions to their home decor and be images that they wIll be able to look fondly at for the rest of their lives.
Bea and Cameron’s wedding gallery reminds me of the 60s, but in a fabulously modern way. Bea’s dress is one of the most stunning I have ever seen! It is the kind of dress a bride tries on and it’s an immediate yes! The tulle gave her the prettiest silhouette in the evening sunlight, like it was made just for her.
The couple had an intimate ceremony at Tidewater Arboretum followed by newly wed & family photos. They incorporated planting a lemon tree into their ceremony to symbolize the start of their new lives together. I’d say it off to a sweet start! 😉 (See what I did there?)
