A Wedding At The Market At Grelen 

The Market at Grelen is a beautiful wedding venue located in Somerset, Virginia. It has everything a couple could want or need on their wedding day: bride and groom getting ready suites, multiple ceremony locations, a clear tent for an upscale reception, and endless portrait opportunities. In the fall, the European-style garden venue is festively decorated with mums, gourds and pumpkins.

Location:

The Market at Grelen is located in Orange County Virginia, about an hour from Charlottesville and close to Richmond and Washington D.C.

 

The Newlyweds:

Kailey and Dylan have known since fourth grade that they would one day get married. Yes, you read that right. FOURTH grade. The sweet couple has weathered middle & high school, 2 different colleges, starting their careers, and even hurricane Ian landing the week of their wedding. Despite the dreary weather forecast, a little rain couldn’t put a damper on Kailey and Dylan’s love or excitement on their wedding day.

The Perfect Rain Plan:

Because of the forecasted rain, the outdoor half moon garden ceremony was moved to the warm greenhouse, which comfortably fit all of their guests and provided the prettiest ambiance for the couple to say their vows. The couple chose to have a traditional walk down the aisle, instead of a first look. During the ceremony, Dylan had the biggest smile on his face, and could be seen stealing many glances at his beautiful bride. The love these two have for one another is so evident and heart warming.

The Reception:

The star gazing tent was the perfect spot for their reception, and kept guests dry and warm. A live band played while everyone danced into the night.
