Oatlands Engagement Session

Oatlands in Leesburg, Virginia is the perfect location for the couple that wants an elegant, garden-esque engagement session. Maggie and Colin chose Oatlands as the venue for their 2023 wedding and it was so much fun exploring the immaculate grounds during their engagement session!

The Aesthetic

The 200+ year old property has beautifully manicured gardens, a white historic mansion, and rolling fields with a view of the mountains in the distance. Maggie told me she loved Oatlands because it made her feel like she was in a scene from Bridgerton. It is easy to be transported back in time while strolling through the gardens, walking around the reflecting pool, and admiring all of the beautiful flowers.

Booking Your Engagement Session at Oatlands

Oatlands requires the purchase of a photography pass for all photography sessions. This costs $125 and can be purchased here. They also offer a yearly pass, which I have purchased and use for my clients if they wish to visit Oatlands for their session.

Weddings At Oatlands

The venue can accommodate weddings with up to 250 guests. There are several ceremony location options, while many couples choose to have a tented wedding reception. Additionally, the well-lit greenhouse on the property is perfect for cocktail hour.
